Saturday’s FA Cup final victory seems to be Louis van Gaal’s final game as United boss, with the BBC reporting that Jose Mourinho will be the next manager of the club, and that a deal was agreed in principle with the 53-year-old before the FA Cup clash with Crystal Palace.
Several sources have reported that Mourinho will be given a massive sum to bring players to Old Trafford, although it is yet to be seen who he has his eye on.
Players are also expected to leave Manchester United with the arrival of Mourinho, with Spanish outlet AS reporting that Juan Mata’s future at the club is now in doubt.
