Pogba and Martial to miss Leicester, Wan-Bissaka doubtful

Ole Gunnar Solskjaer has delivered some devastating news on the injury front for Manchester United as United’s Frenchmen will be sitting out the Saturday clash at Old Trafford when Leicester come to visit.

The Norwegian confirmed on Friday that Paul Pogba, Anthony Martial, Luke Shaw & Diogo Dalot will all miss the game.

“Pogba won’t be fit, no, unless he’s had a miraculous recovery overnight from yesterday to today or tonight to tomorrow, he’s not been ready to do 100% training, no.”, Solskjaer said in his pre-match press conference.

Solskjaer remained optimistic though, hoping that a return next weekend might be the target.

“Let’s see when we get to the game. Maybe next weekend, we’ll have more of them back. That’s how it is in football and why we have loads of quality and numbers and we’re fine.”

Aaron Wan-Bissaka and Jesse Lingard remain doubts for the game as the pair pulled out of the England squad with a back injury and illness respectively.
