Possible teams: Chelsea vs United

It is a repeat of the opening game of the season where United ran out 4-0 winners in quite an even game, despite the scoreline. Solskjær has a good record against Chelsea with three wins and one draw with two of the victories coming this season already.

A lot has changed since then and there will be quite a few changes to both teams this time around.

The United squad have been in Spain for a warm-weather training camp during last week but injury absentees Marcus Rashford and Paul Pogba were not involved. Scott McTominay and Axel Tuanzebe returned to training but are not expected to be involved.

Odion Ighalo is unlikely to start after being left out of the trip due to fears he might not be allowed back into the United Kingdom due to coronovirus fears.

Ruben Loftus-Cheek is ruled out for the hosts whilst Christian Pulisic remains a doubt.

Chelsea (4-3-3): Caballero; James, Rüdiger, Tomori, Azpilicueta; Kante, Jorginho, Kovacic; Hudson-Odoi, Abraham, Willian.

Manchester United (4-2-3-1): De Gea; Wan-Bissaka, Lindelöf, Maguire, Shaw; Matic, Fred; Pereira, Fernandes, James; Martial.

Bench: Romero, Jones, Dalot, Lingard, Mata, Ighalo, Greenwood.
