Rashford: I feel 10 times better

Marcus Rashford has enjoyed a breakthrough season at United this year. 19 goals in all competitions makes him the clubs top scorer this term and had his season not been cut short by a back injury in January, there would’ve been strong claims for the golden boot by the Englishman

Rashford reportedly struggled with a back injury for a few games before being forced off against Wolves in the FA cup. The original diagnosis, at least the public one, was ‘a couple of months’.

The season has now been called to a halt with nine league games remaining and United still in two cup competitions. Rashford now says that he is ‘feeling much better’ compared to a couple of weeks ago.

“I feel much better. I have a scan in another couple of days and that should solidify it, but I feel much better compared to two or three weeks ago,” Rashford says according to Sky Sports.

“I feel 10 times better now. For me, now it’s just about getting ready to build up back up to training and then playing games for the team

“I’m in a much better place. I’m much happier than I was about a month ago so things are looking positive.”
