Football has come to an abrupt halt but the rumours have not. It’s yet unclear when the next transfer window will commence and for how long clubs will be allowed to conduct their business but what is for sure is that United have been interested in Jadon Sancho for quite some time now.
Sancho, who joined Borussia Dortmund from Manchester City in 2017, has been the subject of United interest since last summer after his breakthrough campaign with the German outfit.
French football expert Julien Laurens spoke on the Englishman’s future on his podcast and offered welcomed insight to the wingers next club.
“He might be joining United and United will certainly do a lot of work,” Laurens said on his podcast.
“I don’t think it’s done already, obviously, but I think it’s a very big possibility he will end up at Old Trafford in the summer, whenever the transfer window opens.”
It has been widely reported that Manchester City do have a right to match any accepted bid but it is unlikely that they are willing to pay as much as United are.
