Pogba & Fernandes injury rumours dismissed

Manchester United fans were forced to endure a roller coaster Friday night after reports of injuries to Paul Pogba and Bruno Fernandes spread like wildfire through social media.

According to the Mirror, the pair accidentally collided in training in an incident which left the two midfielders limping.

The publication said that Bruno Fernandes seemed to have come off the collision worse than Pogba but that both players were doubts for tomorrows game against Bournemouth.

It would have been a difficult blow for Ole Gunnar Solskjær, who has got his team ticking for real for the first time since taking charge of United.

Fernandes has been United’s shining light for United this season and Paul Pogba’s return from injury has helped build a new midfield partnership.

However, these reports have been dismissed and branded as false. According to Stretty News, a United insider has confirmed to them that reports of a training ground collision are untrue.

It seems like United will have a full squad to choose from against Bournemouth, with the exception of Phil Jones & Axel Tuanzebe. Ole Gunnar Solskjær confirmed that the two defenders could yet miss the rest of the season.
