Crysencio Summerville is on the verge of finalising a move from West Ham to AS Roma today.
According to one trusted Italian journalist, there are ‘decisive hours’ ahead for the deal.

Summerville has already green-lit a move to the Serie A outfit, but West Ham are unsatisfied with the fee being offered.
Roma have made it clear they’d be willing to pay a package of £34 million in total, whereas the Irons are holding out for £42.4m excluding add-ons.
Manchester United, who are confirmed admirers of Summerville this summer, have yet to act on the developments by officially entering the race themselves.

INEOS had identified the 24-year-old as a suitable replacement for Marcus Rashford in the event the forward was sold. However, United are still awaiting bids for their academy graduate, whose £40m release clause expired last week.

Now that the World Cup is done and dusted, fans are expecting clarification over Rashford’s future and where he’ll be spending the upcoming campaign.
As he reached the third-place play-off with England, he will be granted a few weeks of rest before reporting to Carrington for the first time in over a year.
It’s looking increasingly likely that he will then be reintegrated into the squad for the beginning of 2026/2027, with Michael Carrick having already approved Rashford’s return.
He notched 14 goals and 14 assists in 49 Barcelona appearances last season, so supporters will be hoping he can maintain that prolific form in a red shirt – especially with Champions League football back on the schedule.

Rashford, 28, is tied down to a deal until June 2028.
