Manchester United have equalised against Ipswich Town after going down early on to a goal from Leif Davis.
Bruno Fernandes has scored the equaliser for the home team in the 40th minute. The Portuguese star was Manchester United’s standout player last season, and he has delivered for his team once again.

The home side capitalised on a mistake from Marcelino Núñez, who lost possession in his own half. Matheus Cunha found Fernandes with a superb pass, and the Portuguese star found the back of the net with power and pace at the near post.

Man United need to step it up
Meanwhile, Ipswich Town were quite impressive in the first half, and they will be delighted with their performance against Manchester United. The Red Devils will need to step up if they want to pick up all three points in the second half.
The home team has been lacking so far, and they will need to respond better, especially after the defeat to Hull City in the opening game of the season.
Manchester United will need to add more urgency to their play and move the ball quicker in order to open up the opposition. So far, they have been sluggish in possession, and they have the players to make a substantial improvement in the second half.
