Official: Manchester United announce 25-man Premier League squad list

Manchester United have today officially announced their final 25-man squad list for the Premier League season.

There are a few senior names missing, with Phil Jones and Sergio Romero being the two stand-out omissions. Both players have found themselves surplus to requirements at Old Trafford, but neither found a permanent move away during summer.

The Red Devils announced the squad in two sections – a main list and a homegrown list. The latter includes any players that have been part of a club affiliated to the FA or FAW for a minimum of three entire seasons, before they turned 21.

Find the main list below:

Eric Bailly
Edinson Cavani
David De Gea
Bruno Fernandes
Fred
Odion Ighalo
Victor Lindelof
Anthony Martial
Juan Mata
Nemanja Matic
Marcos Rojo
Alex Telles
Donny van de Beek

Homegrown list:

Timothy Fosu-Mensah
Lee Grant
Dean Henderson
Daniel James
Jesse Lingard
Harry Maguire
Scott McTominay
Paul Pogba
Marcus Rashford
Luke Shaw
Axel Tuanzebe
Aaron Wan-Bissaka

Please note, neither of these squad lists include U21 players from the academy.

Teden Mengi, Mason Greenwood, Brandon Williams and transfer deadline day signing, Facundo Pellistri, have all been noted on the site’s ‘Under 21 list’.
